Aggregate usage telemetry (feature usage counts, session duration)

Content of your commands, queries, or AI conversations
Network device configurations, credentials, or infrastructure details
SSH session content or remote command output
Files transferred via SCP or other protocols

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

Provide and maintain the Software and related services
Process license activation and manage subscriptions
Send product updates and security notifications
Improve the Software based on aggregate usage patterns

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure located in the United States. We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Credentials stored locally by the Software are encrypted using age encryption.

NATS messaging connections use NKey (Ed25519) authentication with TLS encryption. No passwords are transmitted or stored for messaging infrastructure.

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers: Cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform), email delivery services, and analytics providers that assist in operating the Software
AI model providers: API requests to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) are made using provisioned API keys and are subject to those providers' respective privacy policies
Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

Request access to the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your personal information

Export your data in a portable format

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Telemetry data is retained for 90 days. Upon account termination or deletion request, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Website does not use cookies for tracking purposes. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Basic analytics may be collected through server logs to understand website traffic patterns.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Software is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
